Yes. A key part of this walk-through is reviewing all equipment and systems in your home with you. We will demonstrate how to operate everything so you feel confident and comfortable when you move in.
This includes (but is not limited to):
HVAC system (heating & cooling)
Thermostats and controls
Kitchen appliances
Plumbing fixtures and shut-offs
Electrical panel and switches
Smart home features (if applicable)

The punch list is a checklist of any remaining items that need to be addressed, adjusted, or completed. This may include minor touch-ups, repairs, or corrections identified during the final walk-through.

You can move into your home once all final inspections have been completed and approved, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. In addition, all punch list items must be fully completed to ensure your home is truly move-in ready. Final payment must also be received before you take possession of the home.
